Overview

Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all clients. Please note that all refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your event or service booking.

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below. Custom services, including photography and event-related bookings, may have unique terms that override general policies.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  1. The service must not have been rendered or completed.
  2. Any cancellations must be communicated at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
  3. Requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase or booking confirmation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed photo booth sessions, delivered digital or physical photos).
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., photo albums, prints, or digital edits).
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 14 days before the event).

Refund Process

 

  1. Submit your refund request by emailing us at Admin@615PhotoBooths.com with your booking details.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your booking without additional fees if requested at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event may incur a fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at Admin@615PhotoBooths.com for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for completed services. However, if there are issues with delivered products (e.g., damaged prints or albums), please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the matter.
